As the seasons change, so too is Restoration Outreach of Dallas (ROD) embracing a new season of growth and refinement. Through prayer, evaluation, and strategic alignment, our team has worked to ensure every effort and resource contributes most effectively to the mission God has entrusted to us.
Weโre excited to share several key updates that reflect this new chapter of focus, efficiency, and
Strengthening Ministry Alignment
ROD is now concentrating discipleship efforts in three anchor prison units:
- Hutchins Unit (Legacy Site)
- Coffield Unit (Legacy Site)
- Buster Cole Unit (Bonham, TX โ our fastest-growing site)
This intentional focus deepens relationships with chaplains and volunteers while expanding Bible study and mentorship programs.
Aftercare Realignment
We have consolidated Aftercare housing from three homes to two, ensuring sustainable support for returning citizens. This allows for better stewardship, continuity, and personal growth for participants.
Staff Transition
Our ministry team has been resized to align with this refined focus. Though transitions are never easy, these adjustments strengthen RODโs foundation for long-term health and greater impact.

We thank God for His faithfulness and thank you, our partners, for your continued support. Together, we are restoring hope, rebuilding lives, and strengthening families for lasting transformation.
With gratitude,
