A Baylor University study affirmed what we have seen in our ministry: Restoration Outreach of Dallas (ROD Ministries) is making a lasting impact. Among various approaches to reducing recidivism, our methods have proven especially effective and sustainable.

By knowing, training, and caring for men up to six months before their release—and continuing with our Christ-centered Aftercare program—we have built a model where 95% of our graduates go free and stay free.

Each year, over 600,000 individuals are released from prison, and more than 67% will return to incarceration within three years. At ROD Ministries, our mission is to break this cycle by equipping men with the tools, accountability, and support they need to successfully reintegrate into society. Together, we are keeping this number far below the national average and building stronger futures beyond bars.
